BN9 - 9/12mm Bag Neck Sealer

Easy to use bag neck sealer (also referred to as bread bag sealers), ideal for sealing plastic bags easily and efficiently. with 9-12mm tape.

Neck sealers are a practical approach to quickly and easily sealing plastic bags with a narrow piece of tape. The most obvious use is for bread bags but also popularly utilised when packaging fruit & veg, seed, grain, nuts and pet food (bird seed, fish food etc) - in fact, these bag neck sealers are suitable for any application where bag closure is required.

Once the dispenser is loaded with a roll of tape and the bag is filled as desired, you simply gather together the neck of the bag and push it down into the throat of the sealer, which cuts and applies a strip of tape sealing the goods inside. These machines will help increase productivity and help reduce the time and stress in fast paced work environments like packhouses, warehouses, bakeries, butchers and other retail outlets.

These blue bag neck sealers have a durable metal frame construction and can be fixed to any horizontal, vertical, or sloping surface. This particular model is suitable for tape widths 9mm or 12mm.

Please note we would advise a bag no thicker than 30mu (120g) - possibly 37mu (150g) - would be suitable for use with the BN9 bag neck sealer as the throat of the machine will not cope with thicker material. We stock a wide range of bag neck sealers including plastic or stainless steel models, wide throat versions, and dispensers capable of holding wider tapes. Until these are published on our site, please contact us if you would like further information.
