| Online Privacy & Data Collection PolicyData CollectionWe only directly collect the minimum amount of information required to process your orders efficiently, such as your address and how to get in touch with you if there is a problem! Card information is also collected and secured during transit between your system and ours ( using SSL ) so that it cannot be snooped on. In addition to the usual data collection we also use a third party traffic analyser the same way most other sites on the internet do ( so we can see how well the site is doing and how to improve it ), nothing sensitive is collected during this process. These systems are disabled during sensitive information collection just in case. Online StorageOnce you sign up for an account, or make an order your details are stored on our systems in an encrypted manner which is individual to each account/order ( as well as some additional countermeasures ). All sensitive information is encrypted, including your name, address, contact details and card information. So if somebody, somehow managed to break through they would just see scrambled data which by itself meant nothing and could not be read. Card information is only stored for the shortest possible time, typically when we receive your order we will take the payment and clear the card information straight away. |
