Tape used to repair tunnel covers that is UVI resistant. This tape is clear, colourless and designed by us to
enable you to effectively repair any split or tear in your cover. Being made of polythene means it's flexible and
moves with your cover. It has an extra strong adhesive which really
sticks to the cover, as long as it is dry. Available up to a
150mm wide tape which if you have a jagged tear will usually straddle
both sides of the tear without having to use cross tapes to hold it
together.
Tip. Make sure your cover is completely
dry and free from dust or algae. Get somebody to hold a board on the
inside of the sheet and you apply the tape to the outside of the sheet.
Roll the tape onto the cover with a wallpaper edge roller. Swap places
and apply the tape to the inside of the cover. Job done and a near
permanent repair has been completed.
Available in widths 50-75-100 and 150 mm wide and all rolls are either 25m or 33m long.
