Gummed Paper Tape (Water Activated)
Gummed paper tape looks like normal brown paper but when water comes into contact with the tape it activates the adhesive. Commonly used for art processes.
Gum tape or gummed tape is light and initially non-adhesive until it comes into contact with water. Most commonly used for picture framing and general artwork as it is fairly inexpensive and the adhesive is not only activated by licking or dipping into water but usually if water is re-applied then the adhesive will reduce in strength and become removable.
