PET Extruded Strapping - Cardboard Core
This strong and durable strapping is safer than steel and provides excellent stability for cargo.
Extruded polyester strapping (PET) can offer a lot of benefits to customers when compared to its alternatives polypropylene and steel.
Benefits:
Polyester strapping often uses heat or friction seals to weld the strap which results in there being no requirement for metal seals, however, metal seals can be incorporated if used in conjunction with a range of suitable tensioners and sealers. Because it is plastic, polyester offers cost advantages over steel strapping with a lower cost per metre. It also retains its tension better when initially secured and during longer journeys, making it ideal for heavy-duty cargo which can often move or become more compact during transit.
Features:
- High strength.
- Cost efficient.
- Easily recycled.
- High tension.
- Excellent stability during transit.
- Cardboard cores 406 x 150mm.
All of our strapping is available in a full range of sizes, gauges, widths and lengths.
