Collection From Premises:
Customers are welcome to collect goods ordered online from our shop between 8am - 5pm. Just let us know in the additional delivery instructions box.
UK Delivery:
We deliver to most destinations throughout the UK using our own fleet of vehicles or in conjunction with our trusted couriers. Costs are calculated depending on destination (some hard to reach areas may incur additional fees) and overall purchase amount (fixed delivery rates apply on orders falling under certain price brackets).
The following areas fall outside of our normal delivery routes and service will need to be assessed on an individual basis so please contact us to discuss your requirements: AB37, IV, KA27-KA28, KW, PA20-PA88, PH19-50, HS, ZE, BT, Republic of Ireland.
Ireland and Guernsey Delivery:
As a guide, carriage to these destinations costs approximately £25-30 + VAT per consignment (package, we can get a few small items within 1 x package up to, but not exceeding 30kg).

Note about delivery Special Instructions:
Although we do our best to provide special instructions. Our outsourced couriers are actually informed by their own companies not to leave parcels without being signed for. This is because they could be held liable if something were to happen. Therefore all drivers are under no obligation to leave parcels without a signature, meaning each parcels fate is down to the individual drivers discretion as to whether to leave it or not.
Online Payment Options:
PayPal: We accept payments via PayPal.
Credit Card Facility: We accept most Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. These will be processed using a trusted card-processing service (no sign-up, just a card form).
Credit Account Facility: If you have an established credit facility with us, you may choose this option. Please note: these orders will be checked and processed off the website, so there is no point in selecting this unless you have applied and been approved. It will simply be ignored.
Call to Pay: Although we prefer online payments (much more securer), we are able to accept payments over the phone using a virtual terminal. In order to do this, place the order and choose "Pay Offline". Please call us with your payment details asap in order for a swift turn around. Orders will not be processed until paid for.
PO, Pro Forma and BACS: If you prefer to use BACS, you may place an order, choose 'Pay Offline' and then phone or email us to request a pro forma invoice for a BACS transfer. Once we receive the funds, the order will be dispatched at the next opportunity.
