Machine Cast Stretch Films - Individual Rolls

Machine Cast Stretch Film feature excellent tear resistance, is quiet to come off the roll and provides a consistent cling. We have varying grades of thicknesses enabling you to tailor your film to your product range. Machine films are often used for high-volume runs as they require the use of a Pallet Wrapper. This can often be more productive and efficient for high-volume runs as the machines cut run times and help reduce operator stress.

Pre-Stretch Film is a popular choice as it is stretched before being applied to the cargo. It is a hybrid blend between blown and cast and has several advantages: less film can be used which can save money and time, less waste is produced and it is generally easier to apply than the original cast or blown forms of Stretch Wrap.

Power Pre-Stretch can sometimes be capable of stretching up to 300% - where machinery allows.
