A range of high-quality tensioners for use with cord and composite polyester strapping. Economical, effective, efficient and simple to use.
These tensioners work by means of a ratchet mechanism which ensures the appropriate level of tension can easily be applied to your parcels, packages and pallets. Once the strap has been joined by means of a buckle the tensioner is utilised to create comprehensive consignment closure and containment.
We have a variety of tensioners to accommodate different budgets and applications. All of our tensioners are of all-metal construction, and all would be used in conjunction with our range of CB buckles.
Tensioner Breakdown:
CST20: An ideal start-up tool for applying tension to woven/cord strapping types. Suitable for strapping up to 19mm in width.
- Accepts strapping with a width of 9-19mm.
- Handles strapping with a thickness of 0.6-1.2mm.
- Use in conjunction with galvanised buckles.
JTP3240: Heavy-duty tensioner for Woven or Cord Polyester strapping.
- Accepts strapping with a width up to 32-40mm.
- Handles strapping with a thickness of up to 1.3mm.
