The polythene tubing is supplied in (kg) rolls that corresponds to the width of the roll; thus a 30" wide tube will contain 30kg of tubing. For application you simply roll out the length of tubing required and then cut, the custom-sized pouches can then be either sealed using a heating process or with another method like staples and tape.
