Flat packed toilet roll is different to the more familiar packaged toilet roll as it is not wound around an internal core. These bundles can be placed in plain sight or are ideally intended to be used in conjunction with specific dispensers that allow short amounts of toilet tissue to be removed; hence theoretically saving waste and being more economical.
