Biodegradable Film Front Bags
Environmentally friendly versions of the traditional film front bags, incorporating both an eco-friendly paper back and a biodegradable film front.
Biodegradable film front paper bags are an ideal choice for customers seeking an eco-friendly option. These bags are produced from a Kraft paperback which is made from recycled paper, easily recycled and is inherently biodegradable.
The face film of these bags appears to be polypropylene, and has as good clarity as the standard film, but is actually made from PLA. PLA (polylactic acid) is derived from corn starch or other sustainable resources and is fully compostable. The marriage of this PLA film to the paperback results in a fully biodegradable bag.
These hygienic and food-safe bags are a perfect approach to packaging baguettes, French sticks and paninis. One important fact is the brown Kraft film front bags are stronger than the white sulphite option because of the process in which the paper is made.
- Traditional brown Kraft paper (100% recyclable).
- PLA window - 100% biodegradable.
