When it comes to cookies, the only information we store is what you provide when ordering via our website/creating an account.  The information required is contact name, business name, address/es, tel no. and email. We use that information to process orders you place online and to ensure goods reach you at the designated destination. We ‘do not’ store card details or ‘any other form’ of payment details on our website. All payments are processed via our payment suppliers' websites (PayPal or PaymentSense) by briefly accessing their sites to process the payment, then returning to Carters Packaging upon completion.

We do not share any personal information with other companies.

Automated Services:

We do use certain features and services to help streamline our workflow and provide a professional service for our customers. This includes the use of certain automated systems to help create and manage email distribution, this only applies to website orders and updates. We will only email you manually or via a service like MailChimp, if you have specifically signed up for our newsletter (during online registration) or if you have either been a customer who requires order updates, invoices and other important account-based documentation, or you are going to use our website, call us for an enquiry or generally become a new customer who will require some form of communication service to stay in touch. If at any point you are unsatisfied with a form of communication and wish to discuss other ways in which this can occur, please use our contact form or call us.

Marketing Emails: 

We use a well-respected, vetted and professional emailing system to send out marketing/sales related emails. The number of emails we send may vary per calendar month, but is currently no more than one per month. The information we hold on you to do this is kept separately from order/account-based details and consists of the information you provide only during the subscribing process. This information includes your name, business name (if applicable), your email address and your preferences on packaging (if you have specified this to us in the form). At any time, you may be removed from this list either by unsubscribing at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting our office directly.
