If you require delivery in Cornwall and Devon we can offer some benefits in addition to those received by our national customers:

1. SPECIAL PRICING – because we deliver throughout Cornwall and Devon on our own fleet of vehicles we incur reduced shipping costs and can therefore offer even better pricing than shown on our website for most products.

Getting and activating special pricing:

We can often give you a better price than listed on our website, but it will not happen automatically. You will need to register online and then contact us, we can then look into your account and the products you purchase regularly, enabling us to special price you. Each new product you want or purchase will eventually be special priced based on your account history.

Once you are special priced on the website, from then on, if you LOGIN, your products will have their discounted price applied automatically.

Your special prices will not be applied unless you are logged into your account.

2. NO MINIMUM ORDER VALUE FOR FREE DELIVERY – if your order is of particularly low value we might need you to wait a couple of days (usually 1 - 3) until we are in your neighbourhood, but since we deliver throughout Cornwall and Devon on a daily basis the chances are you will receive your order quickly. See our Delivery Page for more information.

If you place an order through our website, you will automatically receive "Free Local Shipping" based on your postcode location. Some areas may not be viable or incur a surcharge, this will be displayed at checkout before payment.

3. EVEN FASTER DELIVERY - We have many occasions when customers receive their goods on the same day as ordering! Although we do not guarantee a same-day or next-day delivery, if you communicated to us that you needed an order urgently we guarantee to get it there by the next-day (Cornwall) or the next 2 days (Devon).

We all forget things, we know this... So in an emergency, if you need your products next day or even that day, please communicate this to us at the earliest opportunity and we will do our best to make it happen. Please understand that this can not always happen for everyone, if we cannot make it please remember our shop is open until 5pm.

4. STOCK HOLDING OF BESPOKE PRODUCTS – we have 45,000 sq ft of warehousing on a 3-acre site. This enables us to hold stock of customers’ custom printed or bespoke products for call-off. We have found this facility to be an increasingly popular solution to our customers packaging requirements. This service eliminates lengthy lead times, can overcome issues with minimum order quantities, and frees-up space within their own premises allowing our customers to concentrate on their core business. We can manage stock levels and offer multi-site delivery throughout Cornwall, Devon or indeed nationally.
