Loose Fill Polystyrene Packaging Chips

Traditional 'S' shaped loose fill which is manufactured mostly from 100% post consumer and post industrial waste, without CFCs (Chlorofluorocarbons) or HCFCs (Hydrochlorofluorocarbons).

Our Loose Fill packaging chips are formed from EPS (polystyrene). The interlocking ‘S’ shape offers ideal protection by forming a protective pad around the product and reliably closing every empty void within the box, hence the alternative name: void-fill (also referred to as packaging peanuts, wotsits). It does not contaminate groundwater and is produced without CFCs or HCFCs.

Loose-fill is also extremely resistant to changes in temperature, absolutely water-resistant and immune to bacteria and germs.

Pretty faultless really – does exactly what you would expect in terms of providing protective packaging: Reduce, reuse, recycle…
