Double Wall Cardboard Boxes

Strong double wall boxes designed for heavy, valuable or fragile items.

Twin-wall cardboard boxes are produced with two layers of fluting to enhance strength, durability and puncture resistance. We specify that our boxes are manufactured with a Kraft outer unlike many boxes on the market which have a recycled outer layer, and furthermore, our standard boxes are constructed with a stronger fluting than is commonly found.

Our cardboard boxes are environmentally friendly: they contain a high percentage of recycled material, and we work closely with our manufacturing partners who are learning to produce stronger boxes using less raw materials.

M.D. (Multiple Depth) boxes have been designed with optional height intervals so the box can be tailored to suit the contents more specifically, by slitting down the corners of the carton to the pre-scored lines.

Our M.D (Multiple Depth) boxes have been designed with pre-determined height intervals so the box can be adjusted or tailored to suit the contents (fairly bespoke). These flexible boxes offer value for money and are another popular 'moving house' choice.

Multi-Depth Boxes

Orders on large boxes over a certain size (16 x 16 x 16") will incur a delivery surcharge on orders approaching pallet quantities (90+).
